What rights you have over your data

If you have received counselling from me I will retain personal information about your case. You can request to receive an outline of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to me. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We don’t send your data anywhere.

GDPR Policy

All personal data provided to us shall be;

1. processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to individuals;
